“Crémant de Loire Rosé is crafted in the champagne method—méthode traditionnelle—which means that the second fermentation occurs in bottle. Grapes were hand harvested and crushed before undergoing separate temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. The three varietals were blended prior to the addition of liqueur de tirage, a liquid combination of yeast, wine and sugar that is added to achieve the second fermentation in bottle. After the second fermentation the wine was aged on its lees for 9-12 months.”
Graceful and velvety, this effervescent Rosé is a harmonious fusion of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Pineau d’Aunis grapes, renowned varietals from the Loire region. The wine delights the senses with its enchanting bouquet and taste of vibrant strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by a velvety mousse that imparts a creamy texture.
