Bordeaux Wine Dinner (SP)
Bordeaux remains the world’s greatest source of age-worthy red wines, from the most basic to the rarest and finest. The grape varieties cultivated here are the inspiration for Cabernets from Napa Valley, Super Tuscans from Italy and (arguably) the top Malbecs of Argentina.
France continues to have a profound influence on the development of wine around the world. From the grape varieties themselves to when and how to blend, the vocabulary around winemaking and the elusive concept of terroir, France has left its mark on every aspect of how wines are made.
For this special dinner we’ll explore the Left and Right Banks, dry white Bordeaux as well as sweet and decadent Sauternes. We hope you’ll be able to join us to get re-acquainted with one of the great wine regions and styles of the world.
