Spain is very rich in history when it comes to the cultivation of grapes and the production of wine, with every region producing wine. The common thread between all regions is that the wines are terroir driven. Winemakers have more of a hands-off approach and allow each grape to speak for itself. The vast array of indigenous grapes allows each region to specialize in wines that are best suited for their soil and climate. From Rioja and Albariño to Cava and Sherry, Spain is a wine lover’s paradise.

Our guest speaker for the night is Aldo Morales from Advintage Distributing. He is an expert when it comes to Spanish wines and will take us on a journey throughout wine country. As always, Chef William Peterson has created the perfect pairing menu to go with the 9 wines you will enjoy through the night.
